Small Urathra Opaning Vido

Had prophet ... He did what

.
do not know why he had invited Jesus to dine with him, but he probably wanted to look closely at who it was that Master well and looked after. Probably he hoped to catch him and prove to himself and to others that he was a charlatan.

offered him a bed on which to lie down, as was customary in those days among the participants, but did not call no servant to wash his feet and greeted him with a hug and a kiss, as was the custom. A very little courteous treatment.

While eating, a woman enters. It was well known, even by the Pharisee as "one of those" (as my grandmother called them enough).

The woman approaches Jesus, weeping bitterly, and from behind, she begins to bathe the Lord's feet with tears, dries them to him with her hair and anointed them with fragrant ointment. He does it repeatedly without saying a word. He expressed his love for the Lord, doing what no servant had done.
The Pharisee
raises his eyebrow and says to himself: "If this man were a prophet, would know who he / she do well! Other than teacher come from God, it is not even aware that it is a sinner. "

But Jesus does not avoid anything, or what we say or what we think, and turns to the Pharisee, named Simon, and said: "I must tell you something." Simon listens.

The Lord tells a parable of two debtors to which the creditor to cancel the debt. To condone a little, because the debt was small, and condone the other long before the debt was considerable. And then asks: "Which of the two debtors will love him more?".

"I suppose the one who had the greater debt," answered Simon.

"Right."

Then she turns to the woman and said to Simon: "You see this woman? You did not wash my feet and she washed them with her tears and dried with her hair. You may not have given me a kiss when I joined and she has only kiss my feet. You did not put perfume on her head and she used her perfume ungermi feet.

"I tell you that his many sins (Jesus ignored them) are forgiven for she loved much. But who has sins of a few little love ".

It says to the woman: "I Your sins are forgiven. "

There is wonder and bewilderment among the other guests who begin to chatter among themselves, "Who is this teacher who even forgives sins?". They did not understand, or would not understand who Jesus was

At this point, in our mind, the question arises: just love to receive forgiveness of our sins? All those who love God, by whatever means and ways, are in place before him? They can be assured of their salvation? And again, if they like a lot, a lot can go on sinning?

Love is a sign of gratitude. The tears are a sign of repentance. The exterior of repentance and gifts that we can show our gratitude to God and to appreciate. But not enough.

The words that Jesus spoke to the woman at the end of this episode, dispel any doubt accurately: "Your faith has healed you should be 'at peace' .

Evidently, she had understood and believed that Jesus was the Messiah, your Savior, your Redeemer. He had faith in Jesus had saved and included.

Who is Jesus to you?
