Foreman Vs Sanio Grill

Rebuild of Evangelion

small warning: this post spoilererò without restraint, so who does not want to ruin his vision for the Rebuild of Evangelion stop reading here.

I've seen both episodes so far released in the Rebuild Film Eva , namely Evangelion 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone and Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance .
What then would call blue-ray is 1.11 and 2.22, but never mind the details.
I state that will be at least five years have not seen Evangelion , so a lot of things I remember the little and badly, ergo if you have patience to write a little imprecise.

However, these two films I've generally liked, even though the second has convinced me more than the first. Let's start talking
1 .0.
Cute huh, interesting, even if technically does not affect as much as I expected. A lot of parts are taken, with some modification from the original and therefore the visual rendering alternates between highs and lows.
Mind you, there are a couple of times when one is literally open-mouthed (see all the angel Ramiel on and sniping).
The big problem is that the narrative point of view, this first film lacks a little 'bite.
The impression is that they made a big mess with the stuff that was cut and those who had to leave and then the relationships between the characters they have suffered, as well as the psychological depth to them.
short, You Are (Not) Alone fails to involve as it should do, even if, as in blue-ray, it has a her why. Speech

different, very different, for You Can (Not) Advance , which is pretty cool overall. Visually
here there are notes to do, because this second film is one of the more kinky things I've ever seen on blu-ray.
clashes with the Angels are simply jaw dislocated, you did a very good use of computer graphics and designs are always well kept.
a pleasure real well, also because the action scenes of Eva viewed in this way make their porchissima figure.
Maybe there are some 'of Tamarra, but oh well, there are more than willing to pass over.

You Can (Not) Advance is extremely interesting for the story.
Unlike You Are (Not) Alone , here the changes were made in a more careful and not cause any discomfort. This time, this process of "streamlining" has brought more benefits than harm.
relationships between the characters work great and there is almost never the impression that things are dealt with in a hasty or superficial.
Some subplots were cut in its entirety. Asuka is not such good grip against Kaji, indeed, between the two there is virtually no relationship.
Beautiful as the whole matter was managed in the triangle-Rei-Shinji Gendo. But

You Can (Not) Advance vision is also essential to the way that upsets the tables, how to change things from the original series, in some cases quite dramatically. First
introduces a new character, Mari Makinami, which to be fair for the moment does not convince a lot, but I suspend the proceedings because they are curious to see how it will develop later.
Secondly, a little 'how did the manga, the film changes some parts of the story, in some cases making them even more beautiful and profound.
A scene that I liked a lot, for example, is one in which Asuka Shinji slips into bed: in the original series the two did not say anything, but here you speak and the dialogue that follows, even in its brevity, it helps to give further depth to the characters.
Then yes, definitely had its own because even the first scene, with lemon Asuka Shinji trying but at the last moment was interrupted by a whisper that her "mother" in her sleep, but, overall, the way in which the thing has been revised is to be welcomed.

You Can (Not) Advance does not just change little things, but goes so far as to change all elements important to the economy of the plot.
For example here is not Toji to climb into the car 03, Asuka, but the same, with all the consequences that we can imagine.
Although in this case effects Year and members could come up with a little 'courage in the most, seeing that if they wanted to be a total genius, they would kill Shinji Asuka from 01 controlled by the Dummy System.
And for a moment there I even thought that things would go, because in fact in the manga Toji lineage (in the anime, if I remember correctly, he lost a leg or both).
But no, Asuka in the end is just badly hurt.

Basically You Can (Not) Advance bodes well for the continuation of this rebuild, which has yet to show two more episodes. Episodes that, in theory, should lead us to a conclusion totally new.
remains to be seen how they will manage certain things, but of irons in the fire there is no doubt a lot.
Then he goes well, is Evangelion, and as usual there remain some unclear points that hopefully will be clarified. The role of Mari I have already spoken, but also threw in all part of Kaworu on the moon, for the moment is quite cryptic.
Also in both films there are several clues that would suggest that this tetralogy is not simply a remake film but may be a genuine continuation of The End of Evangelion . More details here , because apparently I was not the one who made me 'is mental blowjob.

Sidenotes:
- Look no Evangelion Zankoku na Tenshi no These is a bit 'like watching a movie for Star Wars opening crawl without .
- You Can (Not) Advance is so full of fan-service in comparison Marvel VS Capcom 3 is the stuff of amateurs.
Sometimes it's bearable, but I must say that I found slightly annoying that Asuka would leave around half naked and was constantly seen in the positions that define it a little naughty.
What is that stuff going on even in the old series, but at a dramatically lower.
In short, if 'I'm horny otaku fan-service for me once you do it right, even two, but if I pull it out for the duration of the film becomes tedious.
But oh well, at the end we are talking about a Japanese animated feature and now we all know how the Japanese are on 'these things.
mean, we played all Bayonetta, no?
